I think a lot of people forget that the wedding is not just for the bride, it is also for the groom. Ceremony included.
I totally agree. I've often wondered why people always say "it's her day". No it's not. It's their day. They are getting married not just her. Attention is always towards the bride and rarely towards the groom. It should be a 50/50 event. Not 90/10. He rarely gets any say in it because of that. Which is totally agree.

I'd agree with you but most guys don't want to plan or make decisions with wedding planning. 🤷♀️ If guys want it to be "their day" too they should show interest and have equal say in decision-making. I know very few guys who were willing to help their fiance or help plan their own wedding.
🤣🤣🤣 no ....... it isn't. It never was nor ever will be. If it WAS, weddings would include kegs, football, golf, cars, a UFC fight, and hot wings. NOT classical music, fancy clothes, crying, and lifelong promises enforced by members of two whole families.
The reception, and the honeymoon are for BOTH.
Only the bachelor party is for the groom. And usually that is more for the grooms FRIENDS than the groom himself.

I've never seen the movies so I thought it was pretty.
That was the song my daughter used as well. We had a dinosaur hidden in the background of the wedding invitation you had to really pay attention to. It was partly in honor of my dad who was a paleontologist

Dude, honestly if I was in this guy's shoes, I'd cry like a lil bitch immediately lmao. I've been fascinated with dinosaurs ever since I was a toddler, and after seeing the first Jurassic Park movie, I was hooked. Out of everything I've ever liked throughout my life, my heart and soul has always been with Jurassic Park. When I listen to the soundtrack or watch those movies, I instantly get sent into my happy place. The JP theme song would be enough to bring me to tears just from sheer, true happiness and nostalgia, so add my awesome, beautiful wife on top of that...woooh boy, I wouldn't stop crying during the entire wedding 😂
A wedding is a wonderful day for both involved but usually it's more special for the bride but this was a beautiful, special & personalized way to make it extra special for the groom too. Very happy for both of them

My husband and i are huge marvel fans - I surprised him on our wedding day with cufflinks that looked like miniature Stark arc reactors and with our walk out song being the Avengers theme song. He balled like a baby.
My hubby and I are huge Jurassic Park fans and when we got married we used this song as well. Our exit song was the Theme song that plays in the scene with the T-Rex in the visitors centre. It was the perfect choice for us
