There should always be a minimum level of consumption ..
@@harshjain17-04 According to kyenes , we are assuming that mpc is always constant.
So whenever a person is earning more he will spend a percentage in market.
In poor people, the mpc are high, it can even be 1 i.e, they use full income as their needs are unsatisfied. On the other hand, in rich people, the mpc is low maybe sometimes 0 , because their almost need are fulfilled . Thus Mps is 1 in that case.
All things are assumption , so dont be confused.

I think it’s connected to some extent.
Hi Jaslove, If you are interested in economics, then it will definitely not be impossible for you to crack class 12th economics. Class 11 has two books - Microeconomics & Statistics & Class 12 has these two - Macroeconomics & Indian Economy. While satistics' syllabuss is more or less irrelevant to class 12, Microeconomics, the broader familiarity with economic terminologies & some of its concepts do come handy in class 12. However, this does not mean that one cannot study macroeconomics without studying microeconomics, after all. Also, as far as the second book i.e. Indian Economy is considered, it is all theoritical & thus, wouldn't pose any big of a problem either. All the best & I would highly recommend you to go for economics in class 12, especially if you have a maths / commerce background. :)
