no there is no relation between micro is for 11th which tells about only individuals study of 1 goods or 2 ,but in macro of 12th which is study about a economy as a whole its totally different thing but if u pursue CA then the CA foundation economics is fully micro economics , 11th statistics also come in CA maths statistics, so if u ant any difference then seach on yt for differce betwwen micro and macro economics . it will help you
