Ans. 1: Infinity because in this situation, change in investment=0 and therefore, K= infinity (K=change in Y/change in I)
Ans. 2: 2 because in this situation, MPS=MPC, so, we can say that MPS+MPS=1 (MPC+MPS=1),i.e., MPS=0.5, which is also equal to MPC. Therefore, by using K=1/MPC, we get K=2. Also, K= 1/1-MPS, i.e., 1/1-0.5 or K=1/0.5. Therefore, K=2.

K=2 times
1.If entire income which means MPC = 1 then investment multiplier will be infinite
2. If MPC=MPS which means 0.5=0.5, then investment multiplier will be 2

Maam aapne jb multiplier ka formula derive kiya to usme Y = C+I likha hai and C+I to AD ke equal hota h aur previous chapter se hmne ye sikha h ki Y = AS ke equal hota hai. To mam aasa kaise possible hai Y = AS bhi hai or AD bhi table ke according to ye equal ho hi nhi sktey ... Please solve this doubt 🙏
Usi level par table mai equal hoga jb country mai equilibrium hai.

Mam can we say point of equilibrium and break even point refers to the same thing? As point of equilibrium is achieved when AD =AS and break even point is achieved when Y=C

Mam did not understand the reason why aggregate demand curve and consumption curve are parallel to each other
Because AD = C + I. So, AD - C = I and I is constant. So they are parallel

What excess capacity exactly mean ?
According to Keynes concept of excess demand it means all the firms in an economy can actually produce way more tham they are actually producing currently so if demand will rise they will increase the supply without affecting the price

Jab income increase hone lagti hai tab entire income is not spent. Tab person savings start karne lagta h. Pahle savings negative. Then no savings, zero savings when entire income is spent. When income increases, people start saving a part of their income.
