Do you blanch the scallops before cooking?
We will have to try that one... Do the scallops get tough from cooking? We generally pan sear them at home.. Oh can you please list the recipe for you Kung Pao Sauce?
Toasted sechuan peppercorns finely ground, just a 1/4 teaspoon, instead of white pepper really gives this dish an extra kick.
