I have an etiquette question. What is the proper way to leave a party? I've always liked the Irish goodbye.
There has always been many ways to leave a party,the best way I know is fully plastered or inebriated totally ploughed and when being escorted off the property with mutterings of improper behaviour from the host or hostess and do not comp!ement her on the amount of decolletage on show, yup shouts of " Go on ya good thing" does not cut the mustard I fully agree the Irish farewell is incomparable, maybe if you are confused ,just stay at home and play with the Moggy !

What a great question! Thank you, and thank you for watching. A historical person that I greatly admire, a true gentleman who never was impolite, yet a strong leader who led through extreme circumstances, is Earnest Shackelton; his experience with his crew through the loss of his ship, Endurance, is one of the greatest survival stories in history.
I give a keynote talk called "Leading with Kindness," which is all about this subject. You can be kind and strong at the same time. I use experiences from my career as a grain trader to give examples of my bosses--all men, I worked with who were strong leaders, yet kind. They taught me to lead in the same way.
