My best friend played this for me in 2010, and made me fall in love with Lady Gaga. We went to Gaga’s Monster Ball concert about a year later. It was a highlight of my life! We had total nosebleed seats & couldn’t see a damn thing, but I quite literally discovered my love of concerts, dancing & singing at that concert. My best friend died on Valentine’s Day in 2016, she was one day shy of 29. I miss the fuck out of her. She was absolutely beautiful inside & out… We will always have Gaga. “Raise a glass to mend all the broken hearts of all my fucked up friends…” 🍻
Instead of being douchey you could actually welcome new little monsters. Why don't you just be happy to have us? That is what Mother Monster would want. You think everyone follows pop, watches live performances of an artist they don't know - you don't get it. It is called WIDER EXPOSURE. Fans need to stop being rude and mean and welcome us in. At the very least they can STFU. I'm a kind person, so this attitude - it is a bit like bullying. I guess not all of her fans are like her! I'm drawn to her because of her spirit. Kindness - we have that in common. Guess you don't.
You can tell by her face and gestures that she puts so much of her soul in to her singing. Whether or not you like Gaga's voice, you have to admit that she sings with passion which is very rare these days

She wrote this song for her father and this song will always remember me of my father. I remember being 10 years old and already being crazy about Gaga. My father loves this song so much and he spent hours trying to play it on the guitar. It was so fun to watch him! Thanks, Gaga!

I was in 10th or 11th grade when this came out. I can’t even begin to remember how many times I cried to this video….I was already a fan of hers at that point, but this was the first time I saw her play a piano version of Speechless, and I just absolutely fell in love with it!
Best lady gaga performance ever. Her voice and piano skills are unique, thanks for sharing your talent with the world and I am so so Sorry this awful world can't understand It.
Nathalia Déda We are humans and imperfect in so many ways. We sometimes can’t see past out our judgements. I was one who judged this beautiful creature by her cover. And now I adore her so much and can’t get enough of her. Now I just want to protect her from negative people who only have mean things to say. But if I changed my view on her maybe they will too
When people that saw Lady Gaga on the oscars say "finally we see she can sing! This is the first time she's ever done this!" I wanna punch them and make them see this video! This was 6 years ago and she was able to sing just as well and emotionally as on the oscars!!!!
I mean. What's not to love about her? She's an incredible singer, plays the piano very well, writes her own songs, has created an image for herself (people relate her to something), she's creative, she's fearless, she's provocative. C'mon, bitches. You can say what you want. She's amazing. Proud to be a fan.
Agreed. I never even took singing lessons, but when I started piano classes, there were the obligatory couple of years with theory and basic singing techniques and just following those, I can now easily sustain longer notes and can reach the high "could we fix you..." part of Speechless, which I couldn't at all before. (I have a very low voice). So yeah, practicing your voice even a little bit goes a looong way, trust!
Diletta Medini i really think the same I love really well Queen and also Gaga, I’m not trying comparing both because each one has her way, but she easily can became mercury’s female version and he would not be disappointed of that. I think they are one of the most talented artist have ever existed.
I just went and saw A Star Is Born last week in New Zealand. I did not know that Lady Gaga was in it. She was amazing, it was the first time I had heard her sing. She has an amazing voice and is a great actress also. I have just watched the Doco Gaga 5,2 on Netflix. What an amazing lady. I am going to buy some of her music. By the way I am 68 years old...so there you go, a long way from The Beatles in the sixties. Now I know why my daughter went and saw her show in Auckland N.Z. a few months back.
Here in 2018- I relate to this song so much. I cannot stop listening to it. My younger brother is battling addiction. He is a different person, I don't know him and he is refusing to get help. I sat and took so much from him, but I cant take anymore. There's nothing more to say to him. Every time he speaks to me, the way he speaks to me and the things he says, I'm speechless. Thank you Lady Gaga.
This is the piece that showed she isn't just another pop princess. I knew when I saw her perform this live I was looking at a very important and talented individual. Her ability as an actress is no surprise to me or any GaGa follower. She is an artist.
Omg...she tells the best stories with her amazing voice! I love this song! She's so much more than a pop star...I feel her music and there's not many singer's can make you actually feel their music down deep and bring you to tear's but she can...I believe it's because she's just so damn honest...Like Janice Joplin...Lady Gaga their talent doesn't comes around often...very rare gift!
she is sitting there playing the piano and she is singing, She also is creating the moment and you are a witness to a snapshot of her life. No, you are not just hearing a singer you are witnessing a woman and her heart bearing the pain of love that isn't reciprocated. Toxic love. and a girl wanting to still llove a man that isn't able to love her back. GENIUS
After all this time, Speechless is still my favorite Gaga song. It never fails to bring tears into my eyes and the chills. Gaga's raw and powerful voice in this sone resonate in me and really make me speechless myself.
I've been watching this video for almost 10 years and all I have to say is that this piece is timeless. If I ever get asked if I'll ever stop listening to her music, I'll say "Would you stop breathing?" . That's it.
This song is such a masterpiece and it's one her most under rated songs.
True. One of her best, imo. Also my favorite!

It's not about understanding, it's about feeling. ☺️
@@mariaziemkiewicz8462 not funny at all. trust it or not
When people that saw Lady Gaga on the oscars say "finally we see she can sing! This is the first time she's ever done this!" I wanna punch them and make them see this video! This was 6 years ago and she was able to sing just as well and emotionally as on the oscars!!!!
preach it!
Bravo!, this is what I thought too, she could sing from the beginning, they even find out earlier that Katy Perry can't sing.. This is the real shit.
Movie Music Central yeah Lady Gaga is really talented
Roma Maffia Fanpage omg yes. like clearly they weren't looking before
Roma Maffia Fanpage she even sings better here than in the oscars for me
I mean. What's not to love about her? She's an incredible singer, plays the piano very well, writes her own songs, has created an image for herself (people relate her to something), she's creative, she's fearless, she's provocative. C'mon, bitches. You can say what you want. She's amazing. Proud to be a fan.
you know the singer is great when the live performance makes the song way better
I wonder if it’s even possible for Lady Gaga to understand all the feelings that well feel listening to her music.
I love her eyes in this performance! tells a lot of stories! expresses a lot of emotions wow!!!!
When you finally are able to see an artist perform in a live show, you'll finally understand who is really good.
I listen to this at least once a week and i still love it
I wish I can control my breath like her when I sing
Just practice and stay dedicated! Good technique is achievable by anyone who is willing to put in the work.
oh yes me too
Agreed. I never even took singing lessons, but when I started piano classes, there were the obligatory couple of years with theory and basic singing techniques and just following those, I can now easily sustain longer notes and can reach the high "could we fix you..." part of Speechless, which I couldn't at all before. (I have a very low voice). So yeah, practicing your voice even a little bit goes a looong way, trust!
learning to play piano makes hearing pitch easier.
Joshua Jones Absolutely!
I’ve always loved how she will put her foot on piano just so amazing
gaga and piano is everything
I love everything in this video, the vibe, the make-up, the dress, her incredible voice, everything is so beautiful and iconic.. She is such a gem
She is the female version of Freddie. Im so happy that there is a part of the Queen in her name. She bring honour to that.
Christina Mackenzie she’s one of the most talented artists of our generation...if not THE.
Q 4
Yessssssss
November 2016 and this is still one of my all-time favorite live performances. Such a talent. Such a beauty.
She's the only artist who can sound better than recording in live
totally agree
Do you want to join our lil monster group?
@@namankaushik8466 where??
I wanna add Florence + The Machine there aswell!
Miley too. Listen to the twinkle song on snl
Here in 2018-
I relate to this song so much. Thank you Lady Gaga.
this is pure gold. been watching this since 2009 and every time i notice something different that makes me adore this even more and more.
This is the piece that showed she isn't just another pop princess. I knew when I saw her perform this live I was looking at a very important and talented individual. Her ability as an actress is no surprise to me or any GaGa follower. She is an artist.
This song never gets old. Any one still alive here 2097?
This performance is old but GOLD! June 2016 and still listening
July 😊
August 🙃😍

August 2016 ♥
September 2016 hehe ^^
I always love Lady Gaga. She's not just an artist, she's a peformer.
GENIUS
Only Gaga would take a shot in the middle of a performance
Freddie has done it already
+Heta Vestu When compared to the rest of the pop divas.. no she's the only one
Janis Joplin too hahaha whisky!
In Germany its common for singers to drink during Performances lol
It's pretty common throughout the whole world my dude
I remember sitting in the kitchen and drinking johnny walker with my dad and watching this video. He died in 2011.. i miss him so much 😭
Anyone still listening in 2022? Still brings me to tears knowing that this is a song about her father. I can relate just as much.
Wow didn't know that
I'm here in 2022!
She mentioned it in one of her interviews. I believe that was a time when she and her father were having differences or a misunderstanding.
2024!!
After all this time, Speechless is still my favorite Gaga song. It never fails to bring tears into my eyes and the chills. Gaga's raw and powerful voice in this sone resonate in me and really make me speechless myself.
I will forever remember this Gaga 😢😢 I was only in middle school when this performance was done. And to this day it makes me cry
That Billy B Beat!

This song goes right through my heart. I loss my son and it's the only song that captures my sadness .. Speechless .. Timothy's Mom forever
Stay strong dear
I lost my beloved father too
I was just thinking about this performance today. Thank you Gaga for existing. I wouldn’t be here without you.
Miss that Gaga 😢
I've been watching this video for almost 10 years and all I have to say is that this piece is timeless. If I ever get asked if I'll ever stop listening to her music, I'll say "Would you stop breathing?" . That's it.
Watching this in 2015. This video used to be my everything in 2010.
Gaga has come so far I'm so proud.
Remember this was the first album I purchased. I listened to every song and this one got stuck with me 😊.
