@StephenMumbwani In what way is his speech out place? Is it to advocate the stoppage of exporting African raw materials? Is it his observation of the substainable development that has talked about for about 60 years now without practical realization (by world banks and financiers)? Is it his elaboration on the factors of economic growth for African nations, ike low cost transportation in cheap rail transport of goods, or low cost electricity, or manufacturing?
What makes his speech out of place in the 21st century?
