That is a wonderful soap. I might even go so far as to say that I enjoy it juuust a touch more than Bixby. Which is saying something. When I first smelled it I thought "apple and pear compote?"... then after a more careful whiff, the evergreens hit me. I wanted to hike through the forests surrounding Astoria with a steaming mug of coffee (or mint tea) in my hand, then walk down to the city and get a shave at a barbershop. On the sea front 😄. I even thought that this could be an aquatic barbershop soap. It has got the freshness, the cleanness, the mint and eucalyptus, even ever so slight antiseptic overtones (without it being a hospital smell), probably because of the menthol. And it comes with the usual really good properties of Moon Soaps: Great slickness, protection and post-shave feel. And even though it fits the Fall and Winter months perfectly, I could definitely see it accompany me during the summer holidays on an island, the menthol and mint bringing down the summer heat and the evergreen aquatic notes blending with the sea breeze. It has definitely become a favourite!
Wow, thank you for such a thoughtful comment!! I agree with you on all counts! :) Oh, Moon Soaps all have such character and charm! :) Thanks for watching!!!
my Simpson T3 Trafalgar is the best brush on the market today it's like buying a $200 badger hair brush, no cleaning the brush, no need for a brush stand, fast drying time, well not fall apart like a badger hair can, cheap to buy, i have owned it for 5 years with no problems wheelchair Larry
