Hi, due to stopping most flights abroad during lockdown , the wealthy ministers, politicians etc.

What about maternal health care, is that dealt with well. Also, can women choose how many children they want or is there a law saying if they are married, they have to ask their husband first. Hopefully the health care system in Nigeria is improved.

The narrator sounds like she learned American english (not British english) and returned to Nigeria, she speaks English fluently, but her enunciation is poor and she speaks quickly, therefore it makes some of what she's saying sound unintelligible, subtitles would help.
That's a 'clear' Nigerian accent. Yeah, maybe subtitles would have been good.
