Actually, I wish I had watched this 2 weeks ago. I didn't catch 1 window that apparently has moisture in it? Who knew? I would've had it replaced.
Regardless, my house passed inspection. I did have to give $13.5k in concession for a 10 y/o AC (1/2) and a pool resurface. I want out, so I agreed. Substantial equity and in this market, I'm not going to blink at a reasonably priced ask. Great videos, keep them coming.
