Good Afternoon Stray with me I love your camper yes Absolutely Vlog the entire thing for your self and us I'd love to see it you can go on to Amazon and get all the things you need and Then Local salvage yards or May be the Really good thing is to get to the Rv's on the vintage Rv restoration I'd bring it back to Meant that way you can say I Bought a house and its Debt free Super proud of you I will be watching
I can't wait to see you do this renovation! I am in love with vintage campers as well as an avid camper. As a woman, it is refreshing to see another woman renovate a camper!
Yes,I would love to watch the restore of your great vintage camper The front part had two bench seats and table they would lower the table to make a other bed
I want to thank you for allowing us to follow you adventure in remodeling you camper. I am a healthy 70 year lady who is also remodeling a 1989 Sprinter by Mallard. Or something like that. I can’t find any videos an anyone who has a camper like mine
Yoo hoo! 🖐 New subbie here! I look forward to following you on this exciting reno (i.e having a cuppa with my feet up while you do all the hard work 😊👍) It'll be a cracking, spacious new home for you and Shasta. Wishing you the very best of luck from 🇬🇧
Fix the water damage behind the shower from the outside easier to take off the sheet metal and put it back on!! I wish I had this camper!!! I love it. Build a tarp tent over the camper first to shield from the sun and rain
I really appreciate your raw genuineness… and your adapting to your realization that you “crave the comfort of staying put” glad I tripped over your thumbnail (I have a green dodge shorty too) and I look forward to your tiny home project… I should say that I have a ‘90 Pace Arrow class A sitting in about the same condition as your new project… I never thought about a tiny home build… film and post on your schedule…nobody else’s… but inspire me! LOL
Hey hey! The algorithm just pushed you my way and I am so glad that it did! I am obsessed with diy camper builds. I am excited to see what you do with this renovation! I’d like to see weekly videos if you are able to do so!! Blessings to you🙏🏽
Thank you! No video this week because I’m waiting for the asbestos test to come back to me lol but hopefully next Sunday a new video will be out! Happy you’re here :)
I loved vintage RVs and campers and I'm glad you're doing all the work but I can't wait to see this one. I enjoy seeing projects like this being finished.
Wow! This camper has great bones! I wish I lived closer to you so I could offer help with the Reno. The best thing I ever did with my reno was literally rip everything out from the inside and start from scratch :)
@@StrayWithMe I think that’s a wise decision. By stripping it all the way back you’ll find more leaks then you probably thought you had. You’ll also be able to see if it has a wooden frame or aluminium. Fingers crossed for aluminium 🤞if you have a wooden frame you’ll have to check it out for wood rot and replace if need be. Another good tip is when it’s stripped back get someone with a hose to stand outside and hose along the joins while someone observes inside to see where leaks are :)
Just started my vintage rebuild on a 17 foot , thought i have alot of work , you got bigger trailer then me , ill be watching your build now i stumble apon your channel , i agree about documenting it , im doing the same , my channel is based on antique and vintage sewing machines but i love all things vintage and always wanted a camper from that time , so im doing videos as well , got a 71 17T Glendale Glenelle and im doing complete rebuild all together , not pulling the skin , just pieces as i go , you can check it out and tell me how im doing if you like lol , im going to go see how you came along with this project ...thanks for sharing ...
This is going to be a big project! Goodluck with it and I can’t wait to see what you do with it. I know it would be a completely different project but it would be great if you bought an old sailboat and did a remodel on it one day.
I’m just split between sailing and van life videos and renovation clips get a lot of views. Hope your channel blows up this year and you make a lot of progress on this tiny home. Weekly videos or every other week would be better than long breaks in between but no point in stressing yourself out.
@@livelife7440 the funny thing is I pretty much stopped watching vanlife videos from most creators and started watching sailing vlogs lol when you actually live in a van the interest kind of goes away I guess.
I'd say the best would be a vlog as you go then a full compilation at the end! Viewers of this content seem to like vlogs but the compilation build videos or finished videos usually get people to find the channel. I found this channel through your finished van video, fyi
If you Don't Mind me asking..... Where are you doing this Project At... I Have a 1956 AERO -BOLES ESTRILLTA and I have to work on it Also.. But it is Very WORTH it.!!!
It’s going to be parked long term, like a tiny house. I’ll only move it when I buy land and can put it in its final home. Now that I’ve been doing work on it. I think the frame is good, if it were to travel i would only feel confident with it if it had the axles looked at/replaced.

I agree. It is impressive to see a woman taking this on. I love it.

This thing is an absolute Gem! Look forward to watching the progress!
I need to find one like this!! So many ideas. Good luck :)

Aw thank you! 🧡
Yes please I would love to see it what ever is easier for you
That is really cool!!! Looks like a lot of work ahead for this one!!! I bet it will be fun and will look awesome when you are done!!!
Yeah it’s a BIG project but with what I have planned it should work out well :)
@@StrayWithMe Awesome!!! Can't wait to see updates on it as you work on it!!!

While I’m trying to save myself a little bit of work, there is no part of me that wants to deal with mold so most of it is coming out 🙃

Idk if I could live on a sailboat with my German shepherd 😂 she does love to swim but it’s easier to deal with her on land

I’d watch the rebuild
Please do weekly vlog style. I'm just beginning a redo of a 1960s Aristocrat camper and I'm a single woman trying to figure it out.
best of luck

Yeah lots of work but it spent its entire life in California so it has no rust and it’s aluminum framed 🙌 great bones to build off of
I don’t disclose my location online, but I’m in California
Shit I hope she can drive well lol
