Of all the giant foods, sushi may be my favorite. It is probably the rarest.

I like the traditional sushi with raw fish or other sea food; not much with other fried foods being served these days.

Did your friend like it in the end, since this was his first time eating sushi?! I really hope your friend doesn't just judge sushi/Japanese cuisine off of this singular experience haha. Normal sushi does not have any cream cheese, nor is it ever deep fried traditionally with tons of mayo sauce. You have a decent amount of experience with it haha

Joel you could have done this in about 5 mins or so like you said. Ronnie is a beast for this being his introduction into sushi. You should take him for a real sushi experience somewhere that you like so he can truly enjoy a sushi experience as you walk him through it.

In my hometown of Strongsville, Ohio. Only about 25 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Shinto is great and less than a 2 minute walk from my house. Really cool you guys were here.

I work with sushi, and spicy tuna at most places is usually just shredded tuna mixed into a mayonnaise with sriracha in it :)
