Honestly I think $519 is redictlus for a 4wd buggy kit . When you can get a HB D418 for half the price with a motor and esc combo for that price and just the kit is cheaper . I have the D418 and like it for the most part more outdoors than indoors .
tekno has the whole giant front shock business going on so truck bodies kind of suffer on the looks haha, also there is a spine that makes it look really tall going down the middle but it's only a spine.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the 5.0 vs. the B6.1. Personally I think the 5.0 is a little harder to hang on to, but balls to the wall it seems faster. B6.1 is stable, easy to drive, and you're probably not going to make as many mistakes with it, but ultimately a touch slower IMO.

I go to the drift track in the south bay in Garden Grove CA. I've been drifting now for a few years with a MST 2.0 much better then the high priced D-Like ReR - I paid too much for that ReR chassis but it would never tune right. I would like get into either buggy racing or short course truck. Are most racers using 4WD or 2WD for these classes? For me when I drove off road I could feel right off 4WD drove much better then the 2WD; however I'm no stranger to tuning only at first I would like to have fun. In hind site; as far as the drift car I'm running now the MST 2.0 had I known about the Yokomo YD2 I would've bought that model. I drove it and it drove even better then the MST. Some chassis and makes just drive better, they feel better. With the D-Like I had to finesse it too much but with the MST 2.0 the steering had more resistance which I really like. I could feel the suspension more. I don't mean to ramble but I don't want to make the same mistake when I choose my off road buggy or truck. The buggy's look cool. You're take would be great! I have a question if you don't mind: I have a local misted clay track AND a local dirt track that I run on..I used to run an older Associates SC10 but I can't keep the diffs functional, seems to be an ongoing issue.. I'd like a 2WD sct, truggy or buggy that I can swap tires and race either surface, nothing serious. I'm just looking for a durable, parts-available, 2WD truck, that takes 2-3s STICK packs, as I have seven, and zero shorty packs lol. Thanks in advance, Eric

Are they coming out with something new? The Serpent and kyosho been out for a while and was wondering should i invest in either. Worry that as soon as I purchase they will discontinue and parts will be hard to get. Thx!
Team Orion was going to fix a rx8 I had it was displaying low voltage cut off I the breaker They never mailed it back to me they said they shipped it and it never came because I was contacting the gentleman who was initially had it Any else had them keep an item you may send for a repair soon My heart was saying not to send it because I wouldn’t get it back but I was hoping they would bridge the fuse and cend it back but they kep it I caught them in 7 lies or more

So to make there 8th program worth a crap they copied the mugen and to be competitive in 10th scale 4wd they copied the X-ray wow that’s some AMAZING R&D going on at associated. They must’ve spent 20 mins on the design an a week on enough minor changes to keep from getting sued

10th scale buggies seem to be turning into scaled down 8th scale buggies. No bad thing, I've always loved the way 8th scales are designed
