I love cars, this is such a great channel! It's a shame we don't get these in the States. There are no more cheap cars here anymore. I'd absolutely own one of these, but they have a 25 year old import law here, so I'd have to find a used 1999 model year or older.
I m in Mexico. Always heard about the Niva as the legendary Soviet car that works like nothing in the Caucasus. I m looking to buy one however not sure how is the parts market in America.
I have a 1997 model in Australia!
In 1990, Avis Rent-A-Car in St. Maarten (Dutch Caribbean) rented Ladas. I rented one and liked it, it was a nice car.
Vintage and simple , it would do well in US
specially now , sudden boom for brancos and old Landcruisers is surprising
Wish these were in north america

Probably if you import from eastern Europe like Poland. You may find one well kept Niva
