My sister in Arizona has a 560SEC in gold with cream leather. I drove it for over two weeks in 2009 while visiting. It's an amazing car and my favourite car of all time because it looks so prefect. The sedan is pretty cool too and far easier to come by.

Who didn't own this car think it's more reliable than japanese or european cars but when you buy it it's literally a lotery where you can get an amazing reliable car or car with broken transmission after 20km and that's the most inconvenient part of buying a any new Lada but it's maybe even cheap in russia if don't think that recycling fee in Russia is will get bigger every year so foreign cars become expensive but the only comforting thing is Russian car manufacturing probably will become better.

I own a Mercedes-Benz E500 4matic(W211) fully equipped (dealer told me hasn't delivered a more outfitted car) for about 18 years now and I can remember that I was contacted by my friendly MB dealership for a test drive with the idea that I would upgrade to the W212. While the drive was equally good on normal roads and in town I recall that the suspension felt stiffer and seats much less comfortable. What really made me backing off was there lack of the little very practical drawer in the dashboard where I used to put my home keys in. It had been fallen victim of the cost cutters at that time. I'm still very happy with the decision I took, never ever regretted it and I always tell people that this car will be the last car to be sold out of my collection of MB's because it's the best car - overall (!) - that I ever owned and I owned many-many very good cars over the years.

Iv always loved these.. had a neighbor who moved and had a 300 coupe that was so cool and I let it get away. My uncle was over tonight for Christmas, really good guy always has been and has a 94 e320 covert in the dark blue and it’s clean! While talking he brought the car up an said he was done with it and wants me to have it. I was speechless. He went to take the key off his ring and I had to tell him we will talk this week due to the shock and him telling me he won’t except anything for it. With that said I need to find something cool to gift him because I’m bringing it home this week. Def need to grab a set of monoblock wheels to start off and take it from there. It’s a 94 so needs a little work here and there but mostly maintenance. I plan on holding onto this car for a long time! Iv recently been looking at mid/late 90s 500sl’s just to have in the garage to enjoy on nice days but i think I’ll be happy to drive this one. I’m pretty familiar with the 3.2 and love it for being bulletproof in my experience. Great video great cars

Personally i hate the W210 and C208. They just look too ugly, and they rust very easily. W211 and C209 look much better and don't rust that fast.

I have this exact looking W220. Black with 19inch 14 spoke AMG wheels. Like the ones on a W222. Still one of the sexiest cars on the street and drives like a dream. The key with these is if you can get 19 or 20 inch wheels because the earlier models came with 16 and 17's. Larger wheels definitely modernizes the W220. Im considering moving up to a W221 but should I?

inherited a family W211 e220. Not the most powerful but we bought it new and after almost 20 years, it passed down to me with 60k kms (it’s 81k now). I had to replace air suspension for normal suspension. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CAR!

Man, it is plastic wood, so wood smell? 🤣 Is the plastic on bottom part in the center console after facelifting soft? Because if not, you have 100 percent worse interior quality after the facelifting. Unglued plastic door handles on door panels, bottoms on the steering wheel loose paint (like in your video). Side clusters on the the dashboard loose pixels. Front bumper after the facelifting with plastic part together beetwen the lights is tragical for me. Mercedes didn' t change the paint after the facelifting, so the theories about more rust resistant you can put into the bucket.

W212 is not that bad when you compare it to facelift and any newer Mercedes after 2015. Who was related to production in Sindelfingen can say Mercedes is going down with quality year after year.

I really like the interior of these I’m just still not a fan of the outside. I wouldn’t say no to owning one though!
