Chris a house is definitely the way to go man. I get that you feel overwhelmed but theres no substitute for having your kids play in your own yard safely. Get a cleaner for once a week and find an older man who is a handyman to upkeep lawn and offer suggestions for the house. Over time he will train you and you can always service those things out. I understand the community aspect for sure, but that will change and your kids will make friends and youll have different circles youll hang in.
Sal don't feel bad about your history knowledge. My daughter & I studied before we went to see Hamilton. I paid a hell of a lot for our 2nd row center seats! We also went through the songs so we knew what was going on 🤣 The best show ever!
