👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼plant-based I was taking three different medication’s to control my Crohn’s disease. I had to take blood pressure medicine. I decided to stop eating animals and go on a healthy plant-based … nine years later no medicine no high blood pressure no digestive problems no cholesterol problems because I don’t have any animal fat in my body plant-based butter, creamy oat milk. That’s the way to go.
The cast seriously needs its own Channel with all the old episodes on it and upload new episodes. You should also continue to upload on Sebastian’s channel because he has a big following but it’s long overdue due to have an official channel dedicated to The cast.

Smart move Sebastian, switched to a meat-based diet almost a year ago. No more joint pain here, type 2 diabetes, gone. So many nutritional benefits for the body that plants just cannot supply. Plus plants equal oxalates equal inflammation equal pain.

Yay Pete! I'm with you. I converted to plant based last year - I'm 50 and my blood and weight and vitality really improved, and yes - I did it because of factory farming abuse. Most of the plant based "meat" is made of pea protein, tofu, and/or wheat tempeh.

About the Plant based subject:
Every case/body is different and there's always exceptions to any diet results but the reason I think people start to feel better about Vegan, Plant based, Carnivore, Paleo, Lion diet....etc.....it's the fact that people stop eating processed and ultra processed food for the most part.
Every persons body is different but since I stop eating processed and ultra processed, I feel great and I'm animal based mostly. I try to buy organic and grass fed as my budget permits, but I'm saving in unhealthy restaurant expensive eating, not drinking alcohol or sodas or added sugars including bread or pasta. I eat everything one ingredient.
Pete (great airport story btw lol, )....... but be mindful of those impossible meats, if you see the amount of ingredients in them, I think you'll think twice about eating them.
One ingredient foods. No processed or ultra processed. Sugar from fruit with the fiber, carbs from good sources like (veggies, fruits) , sweet/purple potatoes, avocadoes, basmati rice, pasture raised eggs, more water!....etc...everything in moderation mix with a healthy aerobic/ resistance training and 8h sleep.
Lastly remember all protein, carbs and fats are not created egual, choose wisely, and keep everything one Ingredient and from earth not man made processed 20 ingredient c&#r&ap. Much love my friends.

I work for an international directory with a focus on vegan and vegetarian restaurants, stores, B&Bs, bakeries, etc. Happy Cow is the name of the website and the app. There are four places in your town. @@anitafischer9714, I do carnivore because I have autoimmune issues and I get the best results with meat, low or no carb. It's difficult living with constant pain. You have to do what works for you.

My mother and grandmother had high cholesterol. They grew up on farms. They ate plenty of meat and fat. Both had sharp minds until they passed. Grandmother lived to 104 and my mom would still be here if the hospital didn't screw up a simple infection. She was still 93. I think they both lived good long lives. I'm carnivore because of autoimmune issues. It seems like there's a battle between meat eaters and plant eaters. I'll stick to meat🙂.

I can 100% agree to the feeling of COVID is not natural anymore and feels like it was made in a freaking laboratory. Last time I had it it's such a weird feeling and it's definitely I completely different feeling in an odd way of any time I've ever been sick before. I've had it three times now. It is definitely a very specific feeling. I'm 44 so I've been sick and had flu many times in my life.

Pete, I am with you on the gross pig and pork industry. I painted a guy's housein the early '90s who owned a pig farm in Kansas, and he gave me a tour of it. I quit eating pirk that day. It was the dirtiest thing and foulest odors I'd ever experienced. I have been a vegetarian for 30 years this year. I love the cast.
That's great but if you care enough to go vegetarian, please go all the way and be vegan. I wasted 17 years as a vegetarian before I realized it was still supporting the meat and dairy industries. The dairy industry is even crueler than the meat industry. I have been a healthy vegan for 14 years, I am nearly 63 years old and on no prescription medication. I am a healthy weight and all my blood work comes back great.

Hey Sebastian, sorry you’ve had Covid again. You still look/sound like your still getting back on your feet. I’ve had Covid once, in fact my Husband and I had it at the same time October 2020. Neither of us have been the same since. My chest has not recovered fully and Dr thinks it’s the effects of long Covid. We both suffer with our memory significantly since Covid. Again called Covid brain fog 😶🌫️. Dreading getting it again. A kit is a good idea, Keeping everything together in one place BUT as for doing anything while having Covid, I was fit for nothing. Couldn’t face reading a book or watching anything. You think , oh while I’m laid up I can sort this out, do that project etc. Nope, no chance. Get Well soon 🤒😷 PS I know the rules on Covid have changed now, but if one has Covid in our home we isolate and the rest wouldn’t be going to dinner and possibly spreading it to potentially vulnerable people. That and I couldn’t go out to dinner knowing my Husband was I’ll with Covid. Call me old fashioned but I would want to be there making sure he was ok and not home alone 🤷🏻♀️ Pete, your airport escapade with Jackie and her 86! Year old Dad driving to get you had me on the edge of my seat. Scary stuff for all of you but in future insist everyone stays where they are until it’s safe to drive for everyone’s safety and peace of mind 🙏🏻☃️ Loved this cast guys, you’re both the best. Pete, I have not eaten any meat at all for 30 years, I am 71 years young, and in good health. There is such variety in meals with vegetables, rices, beans, soups, salads, fruit, breads, nuts...endless variety. Plus, most people eat the same chicken dishes and sandwiches or hamburgers and fries, every dsy of their lives. They have no room to bitch about vegetarian diets' limitations.
