Thanks for the video. Glad you are still pleased with the Apex. Just received my airworthiness certificate yesterday on my Highlander with Apex, and BD engine management system and Vortec 2.0 header.
I'm sure you could figure out something. Maybe lift rings and go up? Deconstruct for a couple of months. How important is having the pod? You've impressed me with all that you have accomplished. Seems to me a pod would be a piece of cake for you. I'm glad you made another video. You've truly customized this plane for your type of flying.
Good to see you posting again Bryan. Looks like a fun trip you had. Keep in mind that I'm in Yreka so I can bring some mogas to Montague if you ring me ahead of time. My build is progressing slowly but I'm getting close to putting it on the gear and putting those Beringers to use.
I noticed your fire extinguisher. Kinda relevant after Hal's episode. But he tells it how it went down on Jonas's video. Check it out. Hope we can help get him back in the air this spring.
There may he some of GAMI's G100UL spreading to some Cali airports soon. AV Web reported that Reid Hill or Hillville, something like that, i think it was, got some.
Yet to be determined. Basically we will go on condition. Oil samples are done ever 25 hours and remain consistent. Compression checks, valve lash checks until we see something we don't like.
Thanks for the update and a great video. I really like your videos, and I'm thankful for your effort.🌞

man I'm so envious of you're cruising mph . Ordered the same one you've got, I think I remember you saying the cruise was way better then the 3 blade.
Sorry I just missed you! Sent you my cell on Garmin. Let's link up asap. 🤙
We need to get a trip together.
Thank you for the update, great to here that you are getting good use out of her. Yreka is my go to for fuel when I fly to Sun River.

Give us some more. Thanks
Good to see you back! What type of plane was that blue and white one you camped with (N311OY?
Maule
@@BowenAerowow such a pleasant and personal response.
@@BowenAero Is that Wups old Maule? 31 ABWs or 29s?
Remind us of which version of the Yamaha engine are you flying? What is the HP?
Glad to hear the 250 hours! We are thinking of one for a Tailwind W10.
2007 Yamaha APEX tuned to about 160HP, with all the BD Turnkey electronics and harness.
@@BowenAero Excellent! What is your typical cruise fuel burn?
@@donnorris1954 Cruise is about 106mph with 5-5.5 mph fuel burn

It would be a welcome option

Skycowboys
is that in the North Nevada back country?
It is in North Central Oregon
@@BowenAero Oh crap that in my neck of the woods then between Terrabon n Madres
How many hours till tbo?? That would be my only concern with turning that many rpm's for hours at the time.
