Good for them that they got their happy end.
But I think it is soo wierd that he kept calling her stepsister.
I know that they are legally protected and don't share genes but the sentece: my stepsister had my child etc made me so uncomfortable for some reason.
Like boy, that's your girlfriend.
She got updated to girlfriend. Call her that.
It's for the story
He introduced her as his stepsister when giving their background. Instead of switching to GF where some people might get confused and be asking what happened to the stepsister.
I imagine it’s just to clarify for Reddit or things get confusing. He could’ve used a name for the same purpose but yeah
they are not necessarily legally protected, depending on location
now had they gotten married prior to their parents then yes, but afterwards not always
but it will be one of those things few DAs will want to touch with even a 10km pole even if illegal in their jurisdiction
He is only proposing after 3 children? Also he kept calling her step sister. Something is very weird 🙄
It's very common and obviously he has to say step sister so people understand the story
kinky
I’m guessing it’s so the story is simple
I mean, she is his step sister lol
That’s totally ok just call her „my wife“ not sister also there is nothing wrong with falling in love with a childhood friend you don’t become related even if your entire family marries her entire family
The parents are bad to the core.
OP and the step-/sister/wife are bit weird but it was the circumstances that they treated you bad and you had each other.
The parents are the AH.
I can feel the bountiful amounts of love, devotion, affection, admiration, respect, and adoration OPs supportive parents have toward their son and daughter and grandchildren.

Only getting in contact now cos they inherited money ... nta
What they said ☝️
Having kids with stepsis, is surely a disgrace for the family
They aren't blood related with each other.
If two kids living next door to each other get married later on, no one would say it was wrong.
It's just unusual.
Reads like an AI generated story
I wouldn’t mind this story but why does he say sister I know she legitimately is his step sister but it makes it seem like he in love with her because she his sister and not because she’s his gf if i fell in love with my best friend I wouldn’t call them my best friend in a post I would just call them my bf/gf
Don't dis his kink.😂 Sweet home Alabama 😂
And then he woked up.
NTA Nothing wrong y'all aren't blood related y'all are fine. Idk why they were mad.
Y’all parent a the …..
Did VC Andrews write this?
I love that you know that reference. I used to read my mom's, and they have the same formula haha.
Cant tell if MC is a dude also weird yes they live in Alabama
Step sister isn't related by blood so the Alabama reference doesn't work
@@yanetquesada2165 It most definitely works, it might be okay, but it's still definitely weird.
@@jesschen5513 that only works with blood related relationships
@@yanetquesada2165 If they share parents and call each other siblings, then it's still Alabama.
Alabama might not be 100% accurate but not like they can play the PHub theme.
I stopped listening halfway through..did this guy just marry his stepsister? 🤢
Yes, they are not blood related so it's more weird and not a genetic risk
@kielmcgettigan5192 yeah but it's still weird.
Yuck I have cousins who did this they have kids but their parents also had kids everybody’s related twice to each other smh
I think this is a special sort of circumstance. Its weird and borderline morally wrong but they aren't related, have no family ties (because they werent raised by their parents who clearly hated them both) and its more like childhood friends turned sweethearts sort of thing. Also it doesn't really matter either since they were both disowned so they really aren't related.
These people are not related by blood. It sounds like all they had growing up was each other.
You guys bonded over trama from them spew it out
