    The guy on the right did not do one single pull up. The guy on the left was questionable as well. COME ON GUYS! If you're gonna do Crossfit...do it right!

    I’m ok with doing butterflies but the guy on the right never had his nose let alone his chin over the bar.

    I like the music choice! Double speed the repetitious, single speed breaks, half speed no-reps and hand signals... :P

    If you are kicking your legs you are not doing a pullup. If you are swinging your arms you are not doing a sit-up.
    You aren't a badass, you're just bad.

      Tadpole Just do it like you did, so we know actual rep speed, rest times, etc.

      @@wolfhunter6711 Good point! Maybe add comments - what you were thinking at each point - hit it hard for 40 reps, keep it at 10 reps the rest of the way so as to not burn out...
