If you are kicking your legs you are not doing a pullup. If you are swinging your arms you are not doing a sit-up. You aren't a badass, you're just bad.
@@wolfhunter6711 Good point! Maybe add comments - what you were thinking at each point - hit it hard for 40 reps, keep it at 10 reps the rest of the way so as to not burn out...
