FYI, the bolts/bushing/hardware he listed for the convertible, they make a kit already P/N 3.4171 Supplemental Body Mount Kit which was used for SS Big Block. It has the same exact parts plus the flange nut. You can get it at Summit Racing. Found this out when I did my Chevelle. =) Save Yall some time.

The extra holes in the front are for rubber bushings they used when a big block engine installed

Thanks this is helpful... If you didnt tighten bolts with an impact... about how much did you torque the body bushing bolts down??

I love the ls engine you have in the frame what exactly is it .? I have a 2001 truck 5.3 ls3 for my 1965 chevelle but hate the big ugly intake on it

Convertibles and I think some other make A bodie cars used both the inside and outside front mount. I don't think the inside ever got a bolt
