Which do you recommend for miniature breed dogs ? I have a 4 month old mini Chiweenie. Wanna start now while her nails are still easy to work with and train her to not be afraid. Thank you ❤
That's so wonderful to hear! With small breeds you have much more options because it doesn't need to be super powerful since their nails are much smaller. I'd opt for a grinder that is super quiet, as this will really help get her used to the process. From this list i'd say the Paw Control Dremel (used on the first speed setting) might be the best option, but i'm hoping to make an updated video soon with rankings by its decibels as well. But that being said, I do own the paw control and the first setting is a very quiet one compared to some other brands i've used plus its very sturdy and good quality! (I did remove the protective cover personally)
You’re absolutely right! Similar to how there’s only one brand of Kleenex but the brand name has been almost interchangeable now. There can be only one though! 😆
Difficult to say, as I touched on the different aspects for each one in the video, as bigger dogs and smaller dogs will need different RPM's so I went through each of those offered on the models mentioned. Other considerations are the furminator brand has a light which is great for those who would benefit from extra lighting its also the cheapest option, Oster wasn't far off price wise but it used batteries instead of being plugged into recharge for those who prefer. In terms of mid range price wise and being the most powerful and what i'd consider sturdiest design the Dremel brand Paw Control might be the best, but again its subjective to your dogs needs and the owners as well. If you could tell me a bit about your dog and what you're looking for I might be able to tell you more specifically.
Eye contact is hard! 😆 and in the dog world, dogs often avoid eye contact as a gesture of appeasement or to appear non-threatening. All jokes aside, I’ll work on it, my adhd combined with a lot of necessary information about particular products make things difficult but I hope overtime to improve but video making in general is a new world to me as well. 🙂

You’re very welcome!
There's really only one brand when it comes to Dremels, because of Trademark law.

TLDW....so, which one is recommended to be the best out of these 4?
