Mind ur daaaaaam business. Nobody cares how they were before..u saiiit urself everyone is a rookie at somepoint..but to go sitting on them for being to perfect ..stfu.. maybe somepeople just are..deal with it
The way you do ONE THING is the way you do MOST THINGS. I’ve heard this in the past, and have coached people (in my previous career) with this quote- and it’s 1000% true. Success starts with your habits. This was my biggest takeaway. Fix your habits, everything else follows.
My name is Julio and recently just finished barbering school and currently studying for state board and I decided to pick up the craft in February 2022 .. this video definitely was a gem, what I got out of the content was just since I’m a rookie I should stay disciplined with the all the tedious things that help me stand out from the other barbers around me.. another is just locking in with myself figuring out my strengths/weaknesses, the other skills I find interesting that can help my individuality in the business as well as capitalize on other opportunities .. basically just taking what I know from business, learning myself, and gaining other skills so I can put my own finger print on the game
Man congrats on starting your journey! Stayed locked into the longterm goal, which should be make money to change you and your families standard of living!
My biggest takeaway is that the barber industry is up for grabs. If something as simple as good haircuts, clean lightning, and consistency took Faded culture to the top imagine what a more effort and critical thinking can do for a barber in 2023.
Quality, aesthetic, consistency and attention to detail will set you apart. Don't be afraid to experiment. Test in short term and long form content to find out what works. Apply the same meticulousness to running your business. Great video, these were my biggest takeaways which got me to see the bigger picture for releasing quality content and highlighting strengths.
My biggest take away from this video would be learning how to put out quality services, with quality product , and knowing how to pay attention to detail not just in cuts, but in different areas that could help you grow your business. With the right team, those skills can be transferred in regards to: RUclips, products, and running a clothing brand could help jump start your career as a barber. One thing I’m lacking in my career is having my barber’s license. I do believe I have skills but from a humility standpoint more growth is needed on how to advertise my brand as an growing entrepreneur and business owner.
My biggest takeaway is to be successful you must give. Starting with yourself, the habits and the mindset of the person you want to be. You must give again to your clientele the best of your ability. You must give your business the time and energy in each area of importance to reach and exceed the very best standards. Which in turn gives you the opportunity to scale and expand into new areas of business where you give some more, and in return provides more and more opportunities to give service to others while giving yourself the life you know you can have.
Watching this vid expose some things I need to take control over. The barbering industry is bigger than we think. My biggest take away is that we all have the same opportunities to grow some toe advantage other stay 💤💤
My biggest takeaway from this video is actually putting your absolute best at the quality of what you do. Your video/photos should be top notch that would be attractive to potential client and even followers to actually patronize and make your page grow. It's just like what most RUclipsrs do, get an eye catching title that would get them more views and subscribers now I'm not saying you should play people into thinking you what you not but, to achieve your goals the quality has to be as good as the actually video or image. Again don't overthink or fantasize on what your account needs to be before you start posting practice makes perfect and with time it will actually get to what you need
Biggest takeaways is to be the best at what you do . As barbers we need to always be adapting and progressing . Faded Culture has done a great job in the way that they developed their skill level to post content and give the as the tics they want and they stuck to it . They found what works out best for them and got rid of their old content . They stay clean / organize but the point is to to do the first step which is to simply start .
My biggest takeaway is to Lock in to what suits you best in your business.. whether its a certain hairstyle or service that you are particularly better than most at providing.. Let the world see it, capitalize on it, and keep constantly reminding clients/new clients that YOU bring more value to them when it comes to providing them with a better service and or better experience overall. Gotta stand out if you wanna brand out.
@@dlucs_ Not gonna lie, It could be better.. Working at a new Shop the homies just opened up.. slowed my business down due to being in a new area and losing some clients as far as weekly walk ins.. soo Im in motion bro.. but its slow
1:29 My biggest take away: Care about the end product by being meticulous, detailed and overall clean and the way to get there ( the end product) is through taking actions
My biggest takeaway is doubling down on what works already. Faded Culture already had the photography skills & clean ascetics dialed in. So they built on that skill until they were able to transfer those skills to their YT vids & instagram. Too many people try to juggle everything at once. I used to do this a lot. One thing at a time is always the way. 🔑
Big take away is barbers in the industry try to elevate quick they don’t worry about the core of what helps in the industry the quality, lighting, great customer service all that ties up to be the best it sets you apart once all that is utilized correctly you can start to progress and see the income increase CONSISTENCY is key 🔑 once you see steady flow then you start to venture to the next skill set which is marketing and building and empire with your personal brand exactly like FADED CULTURE ‼️
@@dlucs_ I noticed throughout the whole video the camera gets like grey reddish for like half a second on some parts of the video. Some are more noticeable than others idk, just thought I'll let u know.
Big takeaways from this video Weaponize the outcome of the haircut Be the absolute best at what you are doing and good at Past skill sets can support you in your current skills in the business Take what your learn in the current business and bring it into your next business venture Remember long term and not always grab in the short term Everything looking clean and perfect attracting more clients takes time and progress
