Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.
I've been looking to get one, but have been kind of relaxed about it. Could you recommend your advis0r? I'll be happy to use some help.
Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with Melissa Terri Swayne for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.
Thank you for sharing, I must say, Melissa appears to be quite knowledgeable. After coming across her web page, I went through her resume and it was quite impressive. I reached out and scheduled a call.
The fact that it is legal to force DEI on companies is highly criminal and those people should be legally prosecuted.
Not quite legal, they're getting sued all over the place all over the country, it's unconstitutional. More and more companies and legal firms are advising against DEI because it leaves the company open to litigation.
@@Latinkuro and reduces their bottom line while losing investors...
Blackrock should be held to account for pushing this garbage.
If I had $360k I would invest $100k in tech & $260k into dividend stock with a proven track record to grow with capital appreciation & dividend increase year over year
Adding JEPI and JEPQ are smart additions in my opinion. As for staying committed to higher-risk investments, it's all about balancing your risk tolerance with your long-term goals.
The market is not necessarily a rollercoaster if you know your way around the market, there are various opportunities in the present market to accrue good profit, If you are not too savvy with the market, just buy and hold on strong companies with good earnings, or consult with advisors on ETFs and actively managed funds. that’s what works for my spouse and I. We've made over 30% capital growth minus dividends.
I've been looking to get one, but have been kind of relaxed about it. Could you recommend your advis0r? I'll be happy to use some help.

I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an email shortly.
No employee should be asked about their private life.

“Should”, sure, but a private company *can* do whatever they can and an employee can leave whenever they want. Only government needs to be constrained.
@@benchoflemons398 True. Read the book BIG INTEL. The author proves that the FBI and CIA employees vote mainly democratic.
That's not how it works. Sounds good to say but you know better. Never surprises me when business types say this nonsense though. 😂
Acquiring shares can seem simple, but selecting the appropriate stock without a verified process might be difficult. I've been trying for a long time to grow my $210,000 portfolio, but the major hurdle is that I don't have a clear entry and exit strategy. Any feedback on this would be appreciated.
Investing in a variety of asset classes will reduce risk more than putting all of your money in one. If your financial understanding is lacking, see a financial consultant.
A lot of individuals downplay the significance of advice until their own emotions become unbearable. A few summers ago, after a drawn-out divorce, I needed a big shove to stay afloat with my firm. I located the most qualified advisor after searching for licensed advisors. Despite inflation, she has helped me build my reserve from $275k to $850k.
That makes perfect sense; you appear to have the market figured out, unlike us. Who supervises you?

I started my 250k portfolio last year with SCHD, VOO, and VUG after watching one of your videos. In terms of share price, VOO is way up (22.25%) and VUG is waaaaay up (39.62%). Thanks for the education! Will this provide solid cashflow?
keep acquiring! I'd suggest you consider financial advisory at this point in time, remember you are in for the long haul.
I agree, it's important to balance your portfolio allocations. I recommend a managed portfolio, though their performance can vary. It's best to consult a fiduciary for guidance. That's what my spouse and I did, and we've grown our portfolio to $1.7 million.
Your advisor must be really good. How I can get in touch? My retirement portfolio's decline is a concern, and I could use some guidance.

The stock market is more volatile than ever. recently went "all in" and bought up $80k worth of ETF's & individual stocks, my aim is to take advantage of this S&P 500 downtrend, what could be accurate predictions moving forward? Open to chat.
There are tools that allow investors to invest in companies before they hit the stock market, multiplying those potential gains that otherwise wouldn’t be available after the initial public offering. That’s what I am up to, steer clear from the equities and bond market, my humble opinion.
I agree, I have used the same money manager for close to 4yrs who have been involved in launching IPOs. We got in fairly early with a modest amount of money. Then it mushroomed like an atomic bomb. We had over 4 m dollars after GME profits in 2020/2021. Inflation has eaten away at the nest egg but we are lucky to have Monica look after it diligently like she has done the past 3-4 years.
Definitely private investing is the way to go. Our government keeps lying. I’d like to earn like that is it a private equity fund or mutual funds investing?
wow impressive, how were you able to achieve this despite the downturn?

Texas needs its own country
It used to be its own country until it signed a treaty to join the US. It is the only state to join the US in this manner. The other states were a)the original 13 or b) joined based upon Congress admitting them.

@@fmagalhaes1521, Well, Hawaii was a kingdom until a bunch of American immigrants overthrew the kingdom and later got the islands admitted to the USA. So, let’s give them an asterisk on how they “joined” the US. It’s not so sure that the natives really wanted to become first a territory and then a state.

I'm 35 years old, and I intend to use my $250k liquid funds to purchase a house. However, given the high cost of real estate right now, would you advise against buying stocks right now?
Currently, investors are very cautious. Considering how much their mortgage payments have increased, they want to make sure they're getting a decent deal. If they don't feel like they're getting a good bargain, they'll back out, so it's imperative that they search elsewhere.
In my opinion, home prices will need to fall by at least 40% before the market normalizes. If you're unsure if to buy a house or not, it is best you seek guidance from a well-experienced advisor for proper portfolio allocation. So far, that’s how I’ve stayed afloat over 5 years now, amassing nearly $1m in ROI.

All texas need do is enshrine an actual free and transparent market while collecting a small royalty and it will be the most profitable exchange in the history of man kind.
They are building a new stock exchange because the NYSE and NASDAQ will crash. They want to have another exchange up and operating before those two crash.
I’ve learned over the last 4 years. Anything is possible.

Nobody listens to "Trust me, Bro."
i don't know if you actually know how stock markets work but trust me if the nyse and nasdaq crash the texas one will crash too
@@jjuanmarin Normally yes, but we live in the upside down now. Check ur closet for a 5 ton 4-legged Venus fly trap.
As a native Texan I’m just tired of these outsiders coming in and pushing us out of our homes! Austin is a great example of this. Stop trying to push us out and turning our state blue and we will leave Yall alone
They will put it in Dallas so all of the rest of the state can stay hating the same place
We hate Austin. Must be from there or Houston lol
Go Dallas
😂
Yeah, Austin sucks the most, baby California.
The type of people a Texas stock exchange would bring to Texas.... F that.. stay the H out!
True.
Are you afraid of liberals coming in?
@@mrt094liberals turn everything to sh*t
@@mrt094A lot of them are fleeing Rome while it burns and then wonder why their new homes aren't more like Rome.
Little do you know, there are a ton of veterans and everyday American people in the business! This Yuppy ideology pertaining to this industry is baseless and brainless!!
Any company that gets subjected to this bs should sue for discrimination.
As a competitor the Texas exchange should keep the other two exchanges in check.
The Texas Stock Exchange must have years of successful listings to really get its respect. NYSE is proven effective over 200 years. The Pacific Exchange (California) lasted pretty long but ultimately got consumed by NYSE.
The very attempt at a Texas stock symbolizes a divide between libertarians and liberals. Freedom is a fundamental American value.
NYSE will be fine, but the governance overstep by NASDAQ creates an opportunity for the Texas Stock Exchange.
God bless Texas
Investing in Florida is great until the water comes
Always great stuff PBD. Look at what has happened to Canada with massive increases in taxes. Productivity is the lowest ever. Capital outflow the highest ever. Even being in Alberta we have been trying to consider where to move the business to escape the Federal abuse to business owners. Until I saw this video I thought there was nowhere in N.A. to go but this has opened my eyes.
I'm reminded of a saying from the automobile industry 40 years ago: "Yugo that way, I'll go this way."
Great what we need more people coming to Texas
TEXIT!
It's happening but slowly.
I love pointing out what Patrick said about DEI few years ago…
“Once again, PHP Agency demonstrated our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in 2021,” said Patrick Bet-David, founder and CEO. “From day one, our mission has been to diversify the life insurance industry. Our agents embody our culture and dedication of PHP to the diverse American middle class. We pride ourselves in providing an opportunity to anyone regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation or background. PHP’s mission is to continue championing diversity efforts and inclusivity to become the leader in the life insurance industry.”
The Administrative Act authorizing affirmative action needs to be canceld or ruled unconstitutional.
Blackrock is the Standard Oil in Finance. Don’t allow the octopuses tentacles into the soil in Texas.
Allow them in? They financed it
Texas and Florida flat out saying "make making money great again"
Phenomenal breakdown PBD! Glad we moved here 3 years ago from Chicago. 2 of our insurance passed away due to gun violence which was the final straw for us with bad polices.
Texas Stock Exchange Ain't Woke NYSE and NASDAQ Go Broke.
Diversity hiring costed that beer company billions of dollars.
do you think a single person on that board lost any sleep over it ?
This needs to happen, the Stock Market needs a major shift.
Those Tech billionaires need to abandon Ca. and the financial industry abandon New York and Chicago. These states need to be taught a lesson.
You’re missing a massive reason why Texas business is so successful. Location, location, location. Logistically speaking, why would you want your company in Miami over Dallas? That’s why…
"We dont currently have a gay board member, because we don't know any we think are good for the job currently"
Or they can get away with one employee acting as gay and paying him extra for the act😅. Anyone can be any gender at any point right. Their own laws can b turned against them.

If we in Texas are going to have our own stock exchange then it's time to secede from the US government. Texas has my vote to walk away from the US.
My mom is retired from fidelity and has said for decades said that eventually westlake tx will become a new financial hub. Now not just Fidelity and TD but also Schwab headquarters is there.
if there's an exchange in texas it'll be in houston. many HQs in houston
Nope already announced Dallas
Houston is industry, Dallas is the financial hub of Texas.
@@HH-le1vi good to know. sadly i lived in houston for about 10 years and didn't go to dallas once
I currently have a $280k stock portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and QQQ overlap too much to make sense holding both?
The S&P 500 (SPY) and the Nasdaq-100 (QQQ) do have some overlap, especially with large-cap tech stocks, but they also have significant differences.Holding both can provide diversification benefits, balancing broader market exposure with a heavier tech focus. just get yourself an advisor!
You might also follow a lots stocks across other industries. I'll advise you to work with a financial advisor who can assist you decide when is the best to buy and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire since you don't have to act on every forecast.
No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 this year.
that's a double up in two years! seeing a lot of news on the rally, investors will make tons of profit with the right picks. would you mind disclosing info of this person guiding you please? my problem is I do not trust my guts in today's mkt
Yeah sure, her name is *Sharon Lynne Hart* One of the finest portfolio managers in the field. She's widely recognized; you should look her up online.
Competition is good. Monopolies are bad. Looking forward to the needed competition from the TXSE.

Right, I've been in constant touch with a fiinancial-analyst since covid . You know these days it's really easy to buy into trending stock`s, but the task is determining when to buy or sell .
How can one find a verifiable financial planner? I would not mind looking up the professional that helped you. I will be retiring in two years and I might need some management on my much larger portfolio. Don't want to take any chances.

I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with the popularly ‘’Amber Michelle Smith” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
