I'm a 47 year old executive chef and started in the business at 14 years old (do the math cause i can't 😂). I now teach culinary arts at a beautiful culinary lab in Albany New York to unheard and unrepresented 18-24 year old young adults. I had my lesson plans all set for the week, but i will be adding this video the first day back to class tuesday. Great information here and i will be making at least an hour lesson on this video. Thanks for the video and i appreciate you helping me fill an hour of class time 👨‍🍳

FYI, Chef?…. Ask to see their forearms?…. If they talk a lot, and don’t have battle scars on their forearms?…. Third degree burn scars on their forearms?…. They can talk all they want!…. But if you don’t see some battle scars on their arms?…. Always ask to see their forearms!…. 🦉
