Do research on a sport atv, decide what one you want to get, buy it, learn how to ride it, learn how to fix it, build it up to that, like new suspension, and better tires, enter a race and you are set

Well considering it's a blaster you're going to lose no matter what so it doesn't matter what suspension you have I wouldn't run it in any kind of race their more for just kind of putting around a yard or a field
