Thanks Guys…good work on the servo install. I’m installing two, one front and one in the rear of my Sunbeam Tiger (now dual circuit and disc brakes on all four corners). I sure do miss my Big Healeys….such Beautiful curves!
Stick with the tiger! They are great cars. My dad has had a few over the years and in his last one he went for a servo with an uprated boost which transformed the braking.
Hi I’ve fitted a remote servo with a vacuum pump in the boot of my Ford pop (due to the lack of space in the engine bay), I’ve bled the brakes and I have a hard pedal but the servo is not working, the pedal is still hard, the pump works fine, what have I done wrong?
I installed the same servo to my car and having a heck of a time bleeding the system since there's no bleeder valve on the servo. How did you get your system to bleed the air out?

Brilliant idea with pointing hand wish other people did the same great video on servo Kev Devon
Cheers kev 😎
fantastic I am just installing a remote servo to out rally mini so this has inspired me - love the pointing stick.
That pointer 😂 Great vid 👍
Some people say the servo needs to be the other way up with the white part on top, its conflicting, i got the same servo to fit
Not sure unfortunately, I just followed the instructions from memory
Interesting adaptation
Hi regarding the previous message, could it be the brake lines are fitted the wrong way round?

Have you fitted it in the correct orientation?
Hi I’ve fitted the servo, as the instructions with the nose at 45 degrees, with the white air filter at the bottom
@@paulliquorish2180 is there a limit to the length of vacuum hose? Your going a long way from the boot to the engine bay for a vacuum supply.
The vacuum pump is next to the servo so it’s just the brake pipes which have the distance but it could be a issue

Used a vacuum bleeder and it worked a treat
Surely the connections from (brake AND clutch!) master cylinders are incorrect as is the connection form the brake master cylinder to the servo?
