Watching from California, I wonder if anyone else is sick of the VEGAS real estate market being treated like the new 'pump and dump' penny stock. Anyone buying now is a victim of the pump. Smart money will just wait it out for the soon to follow DUMP.

North side of LV is to be avoided is what I was told…,
There are older parts of NLV that are not well maintained. This house is in a great area in the NW. There are parts of NLV that were undeveloped dirt 5-6 years ago that are now new communities with a large military and government contractor population.
