The Hardest Celeste Screens | 2k-3 Explained.

  • Ive seen a lot of people not knowing or realizing how hard this screen actually is and have also seen some miss information spread about it. I also was getting kinda tired of trying to explain it myself so I came up with the idea to make a video about it, breaking down the entire screen and explaining it in detail. I hope this might give people a better idea of why this screen is so difficult and that you can maybe share this with people that are curious about it.
    Ive been meaning to make this video for quite some time, ever since I started playing the screen myself nearly 6 months ago now, but never really got around to it. I put a lot of effort into it though (this was a lot more work than I ever imagined it could be) and think it turned out pretty well! So let me know what you thought and if you maybe wanna see more of this type of content in the future and on what topics. Please consider subscribing to my channel as well, maybe leaving a like would be cool. I also stream modded Celeste content over on my twitch pretty much everyday so you can check that out if that sounds interesting to you, I would greatly appreciate it!
    Also shout outs to everyone that showed interest in me making this video and helped motivate me to actually finish it, I wouldn't have been able to do it without you all ♥
    Credits to some people in specific, issy for some footage and supporting me both working on this video and clearing the actual screen with me ( / mystralnwn . Jojo also for some footage and being the first person to actually beat this screen starting this all (ruclips.net/channel/UCPbB..., and the official Celeste discord server for showing a lot of interest and support in me making this video!

    Stuff like this is fun to watch, but Celeste is a game with a super high skill ceiling. Having multiple rng subpixel obstacles to overcome seems completely against the spirit of Celeste to me and would just be torture to attempt. man beautiful video, great editing flow and everything. ON THING please take more time while you record your voice-over, there is no rush, there is no one that is going to kill you in 5 second. Take your time, don’t stumble on your word, try to say clear sentences. I’m telling you this because you got potential, it’s just really hard to follow the video, next before doing the video try to send the voice over to someone for review, because you can understand everything obviously, but a new viewer isn’t as custom as you with your accent. Even worse (like in my case) the viewer may not be from an english speaking county. Everything else was great and really interesting, overall good video.

      Telling you this because I speak really fast too, and a lot of time people tell me to slow down

      Good advice. I could barely understand what he was saying, and I'm usually pretty good at deciphering unfamiliar accents or unique speech patterns. I also like to think I have good hearing, and this isn't at all something I experience often on RUclips. No offense to OP but I think his audio in general needs a bit of work.

    Woah, this video got picked up by the algorithm lol, youtube recommended this to me. Great vid!
    If I may give some advice, the music was often quite loud over your voice, and at times it was hard to hear what you were saying. Maybe for future vids, could you turn the music down a bit?

    • @alexcallender
      @alexcallender Год назад +1

      Just tried to watch the vid but had to stop around the 2 minute mark because I just couldn't hear/understand what he was saying. Completely agree with your comment & advice.
