Thank you for the review, I did not even know about them before your video.
Already looking at the Game Master System :)

That's part of why I do these reviews :) A lot of these really spectacular companies simply need help getting their name out there -- the products speak for themselves.

Have you seen the new thing Matt Colville is making? That looks pretty interesting as well.

I was a day-1 backer! I had his KS on spam refresh all day as I watched him climb to 1M in pledge money. Awesome time to be a gamer, i tell ya.

Great review! If I had that kind of disposable income, this would be on my list of things to get! Also, definitely joining your Discord server!

I've always wondered with these things, do the magnets feel like they will keep everything closed if its jostled or maybe held upside down? I mean, I wouldnt use a nearly $100+ dice box as a football or anything but I would hate for life to happen and constantly be picking up all of my dice all over the floor or damaging my miniatures.

DagrrMouse I have a dice vault from wyrmwood and the magnets they use are very strong and I usually recommend to slide them open because the first time I opened it straight up I almost dropped my dice it was so strong lol so if they use magnets of similar strength I would say they should be pretty safe

The magnets are mercilessly strong. As David mentioned, it takes a trick to learn the right way to open them without spilling (holding against the table is also advised). Things like dice towers have a lot more magnets in them since they are so many more parts, but I have not yet found a case where it wanted to come apart on its own. The industry using these magnets is a very effective construction method.

If you like the stuff DogMight makes have a look at Elder Wood Academy. I would love to see your opinion on their Spellbooks they make.

I backed Elderwood's Hex Chests Remastered last year -- even sprung for one of those floaty magnetic display stands. Still waiting for it to come in. I like the look of the Spellbook case -- I'll need to get my hands on one for a review. :)

Does anyone know who won that book giveaway that was supposed to be announced on the 4th?

Hey Damien -- be sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook too if you can. RUclips is an awful messaging platform. We announced the winner in the video comments and on Twitter (congrats again to Brian Skanes), but its taking a little for him to respond. We're going to give him a couple more days before picking a new winner. Stay tuned.

So I have wormwood how do you think the 2 compare?

    • @METALxUPxYOURxASSx

Beard Bear I have some wyrmwood and my friend has dogmight and we both prefer what wyrmwood provides. My friend even removed the raised design oh his dogmight because even though he thought it was cool initially it turned out to be highly impractical trying to store it with other things as it isn't flat. So as a woodworker himself he removed it and engraved his own dwarvish runes over it

DIfferent styles, for the most part. I like the heft on the DogMight products, but it comes at an increased pricetag. There's also a lot of different kinds of products between the two companies, so there's only a handful of things that can be directly compared.
