Understanding the Can Am Rock - hard shifting and grinding gears?

Here is how the Can Am shifter gears work on the Outlander and Renegade. They tend to have a hard time to get into gear sometimes and you have to "rock" the machine to get it in.
I took the gearbox apart to show you exacting what is going on.
I fixed the grinding high gear and set the shift linkage for perfect shifting.
