Re: Sodom and Gomorrah. God did not destroy them for being homosexual. He destroyed them for their sins against others.
Not so concerning Sodom and Gomorrah they were destroyed for the sin of homosexual activity. Even demanding that Lot bring out the men (who were Angels) to have sex with them. So I suggest you read the account in Genesis and see what their sin was.
