Guy I worked with had interactions with him at either college or pro football stadium, his second time meeting him, Pat recognized my friend and asked him how he was doing, he said something generic, Pat looked at him and said NO, how are you doing. there is an annual event called Pat's Run/Pat Tillman Foundation. Finish Line: The 42-yard line inside Mountain America Stadium, formerly known as Sun Devil Stadium, the number he wore. they close off streets for this run. this year was the 20th year of the run.

Have you ever watched a video on this hero? John Allan Chapman (July 14, 1965 - March 4, 2002) was a combat controller in the United States Air Force who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor on August 22, 2018, for his actions in the Battle of Takur Ghar during the War in Afghanistan.[1] He is the first airman to receive the Medal of Honor since the Vietnam War

SIr, A "Texas Ranger" and an "Army Ranger" are two different things. A Texas Ranger is in the modern day a state (or province, if that makes it easier to understand) police officer who is considered a detective. They obviously have their roots in the cowboy days and a military history of their own. An Army Ranger is a soldier who has at least gone through the ranger training course of the US Army and may or may not be a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment of the US Army. No worries, though numerous people get this confused. History of Both the Army Rangers and the Texas Rangers would be a good topic.

Pat Tillman is truly a name I’ll never forget as long as I have my memory. I first learned his story a few years ago & im in my mid 20’s now & still remember & respect & am trying to be half or even a fraction of the man Pat Tillman was. Actually got a Pat’s run shirt on rn, that’s probably what made me look up a Pat Tillman reaction. Also love your channel been watching for months. Pat Tillman is known & his name holds weight here in America, at least to the ppl who know military / football history & notable ppl. Pat is & was the example for young men & men in general & Americans in general regardless of gender. A true inspiration & American hero & I truly wish we wouldn’t have lost him, to the Tillman family? Nothing I could say would console you but your sacrifice & pat’s sacrifice will never be forgotten, mark my words. Rest in paradise & or Valhalla or heaven or whatever you believe in, Mr. Tillman. In my mind? He’s in paradise & Valhalla & heaven
“To err on the side of passion is human & right & the only way I’ll live” -Pat Tillman

There are different positions in American football that have different sizes/weights. 200 lbs is enough for some positions, such as Wide Receiver or Cornerback, but there are other positions where you simply could not succeed at at that that size. Tillman was not a small guy, but he certainly was not “big” for a professional defensive back.

What a great American! Pat Tillman was so intelligent, athletic and a true patriot. He is truly deserving of the accolades given in his honor. The Pat Tillman Foundation and the Pat Tillman Espy Award represent everything he believed in. The recipients of the Pat Tillman Espy Award should go to those who have proven their dedication and love of country no matter what arises.
Knowing these facts, it is unimaginable that this year, the Pat Tillman Espy Award is to be awarded to Prince Harry of all people! What a joke! Prince Harry, who is British, a desserter of his country, a military brat who was protected 24/7 by body guards so he wouldn't be in real danger, was allowed a video gaming system while the rest of his troop were in the trenches.
Not representative of all that Pat Tillman stood for! Prince Harry should be embarrassed to accept this Award when he does not embody the spirit of Pat Tillman!

17 !!! YEP,... I always watch right up to the END of ALL your videos!!! You are not alone!! Great video. I didn't know much about Pat Tillman. So I'm really glad to hear this story. I'll follow-up more.
In 2004, when Pat died, there was still so much going on in our country (the US) after 9/11 2001. Our military doesn't often tell anyone what's going on or what actually happened on the battlefield. Some is National Defense concerns. Some just call it that so they don't have to tell us. War is a horrible thing. Sometimes there's "friendly fire". It can happen. Sometimes, the military doesn't want to be embarrassed of some stupid thing they did. Sometimes, they are trying to save the reputation of a good soldier that made a mistake. Sometimes the military needs the publics' support. So many reasons why we can sometimes (usually ?) not get a straight answer out of the military.
My Daddy & Mother were BOTH Marines during WWll. Many other military in my family. So, I support our military. But they are NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. The older I get, the less I trust them. Thx for bringing this video to our attention. Prayers for family, cuz their loss never ends, as long as they are still here on the Earth! 🙏 TFS!

"5'11 is that short for an nfl player?" Yes. offensive and defensive linemen are big oversized dudes, wide receivers are generally very tall as well. Longer legs, faster runners, can jump higher. Etc. Occasionally you see shorter running backs, but aside from a special teams position, 5'11 would be considered short on basically every pro team for a linebacker. Football is a crazy physical sport.
