- Focused chef, ALICE(Meggan Kaiser), works at one of the top restaurants in New York. After a disastrous night serving a food critic, she receives an invitation to judge the notorious food competition in honor of the annual fundraiser for the St. Andrew’s Children’s Hospital. Alice decides to go, and among the judges is the handsome chef CHRISTIAN(Scot Kooper), who attended school with Alice. The cooking show and her reconnection with Christian will make Alice find her calling and make her dreams come true.

Enjoyed the farm to fork event! Nothing like fresh vegetables and fruit! This was entertaining and love of cooking verses making a name and having food critics determine your success! In the end all followed their passions!
It is a great story... beyond follow your heart, dreams... that is a note on don´t allow others to choose your destine for yourself... be kind... be grateful.

What an amazingly sweet movie wholesome and endearing thank you for the upload. Loved this movie.
Firstly, it was very slow. There was a food critic with a life threatening allergy to parsley which is a common garnish in restaurants! Lol. The romance is between a sous chef who is currently in a relationship with the head chef of an acclaimed New York restaurant where she works. She goes to the country and hangs out with an ex boyfriend (of course not telling her current boyfriend! ) falls for him and has an emotional affair. So she dumps the current boyfriend (who is none the wiser about the other guy ) over an unrelated issue and in the very next scene kisses the other guy without the slightest bit of upset over her relationship. According to some of the reviews on here this is plot line considered to be sweet and wholesome. I wonder if it was a guy with a girlfriend falling for another woman would it be viewed in the same way?
i understand you re position here but actually the idea is that the current boyfriend of her is king of selfish and that doesn’t fit very good with lovind and suporting the other one …
And if it went the same story with a guy who has a current girlfriend it still feel right to leave that relationship because that girl would be selfish too ,according to the script of the movie …
Otherwise…we all know that feelings can change in a relationship and some storys might not have that happy ending we all wait for .

Some places do care about critics unfortunately - they visit places once in a blue moon & everyone jumps up to please them. What about the hundreds of people who visit regularly, who save for a special occasion or save up for a once in a lifetime experience? Even though guide books can recommend places to visit when traveling I was told the best places to eat are the ones where the locals eat. Have great memories of being last to leave a small restaurant when they were clearing for the night - no pressure to leave, queing up in bad weather to get into a packed restaurant or a restaurant that had plain decor & plastic tablecloths but the food was good & great value too. It was the people I shared the experience with & the lasting memories. A current theme in the film.

I actually did grow up on Long Island the mountains are only two hours away?! Haha most of NY state is mountainous. You can drive for eight hours or more and only see mountains and waterfalls and beauty!
