God I love End of the World from 06. Sure it was badly done, but my god everything was so well set-up for it compared to most Sonic finales nowadays... Everyone's rushing through chunks of previous levels, warped, torn apart- previous setpieces whizzing by as you sprint and duck through this turmoil of time distortion- The pressure is on. Never has the world been so close to destruction- No. Never has TIME been so close to destruction... The hero, the titular Sonic, is dead. And the only hope left is to gather the chaos emeralds in a desperate, mad race against the collapse of time and space around you. We're coming, Sonic! Just hold out a little longer, please!
I think the way End of the World was set up is fine. It's just that, apart from Blaze, the amigo characters themselves range from terrible to barely playable.
Sonic 06 is nearly 20 years old I can still feel the impact. It caused in the franchise even though the game is bad it had some charm it’s not as bad as people say it is..

End of the world is the most annoying part of 06 but the music is amazing and this remix proves that
