@@Dvnwee The bar is quite low to qualify if some moron actually places text on the screen saying the last leg is a Mile! It is obviously 1600 meters. NO ONE can claim that as a mile, though many do in the US. It means a difference of approx 2 secs, time wise, from an actual mile.
If you're going to attempt to be sarcastic, at least know your facts.

Enjoyed it. It's a fun crazy relay, but it's 1 sprint and 3 middle distances tbh. so the name ....middle distance sprint medley?/ The 4 legs should be 2 400s and 2 800s With one sprint legs and 2 longer middle distances, the sprint is practically meaningless. This would showcase the teams sprint a middle distance competence better. Maybe half teams start on 400 and half on 800 and alternate
This is a stupid race, like the 400 meter leg is gonna make any difference.
