When people make an argument against the Celtics, they say regular season games don't matter in the playoffs. So, Mavericks facing a playoff team having 50+ wins doesn't necessarily mean it was a hard path. This run that the Mavericks are having is almost as good as the Celtics run in 2022. They swept the Nets with KD and Kyrie, went to 7 games against Giannis and the Bucks, went to 7 games against Playoff Jimmy and the Heat, and then faced a dynasty in the Warriors.

I’ve watched every game of the Mavs and been to three games in person. The one thing that sticks out is Kai’s spirit and how he lifts his teammates. You could see it from the stands in between timeouts, it’s an infectious energy he has that his teammates feed off of. It makes everyone play harder hence why the mavs were one of the best defensive teams coming in to the playoffs. Don’t let the Mavs steal game one or it’s a wrap. I could see Boston going up by 15-20 at halftime and the mavs coming back second half to make it a game. I have Mavs in 6.

No one is talking about how much kristaps porzinges makes the C’s a complete different team, if he’s healthy Dallas doesn’t have a chance! Go C’s

They must cover him at the line, which will create openings for Jason and Brown to effortlessly drive to the basket.

Can we agree that Tatum's jumpshot doesn't look natural? It's almost robotic with this weird hitch in it just before the release. I'm not sold on it being consistent either.

One thing that is really alarming in this series is Luka on the defensive end. I recall a game in the regular season, Mavs vs. Pacers, where they pushed the pace and Luka was exhausted.
But Boston will have to make them 3s to exploit Luka.

I’m really interested to see if the Boston crowd is going to trash talk Luka.

When the Mavs lose they are going to say Luka was hurt... Guarantee it.
