Hello, I tried following this tutorial, and whenever i run the .bat file, cmd prompt appears and then disappears a millisecond after, and nothing changes, I have the latest version of java installed (17.2.0). fixed
Try adding a new line at the end of the .bat file with the text "pause" (no quotes). That will keep the terminal open so you can see the error message. Make sure the file path doesn't contain any spaces or special characters, that can mess Java up.
go to minecraft server folder there should be server.properties right click edit that folder there should be online mode set it to false and then save and close run server again this time you should connect to minecraft

if there is a eula.txt you can open it and set eula=false to eula=true.

My tunnel address is not working for some reason, only my local IP, It says "Can't Connect to Server."

I used the pause command because there was an error and it says that there is a JNI error and there is a more recent version of "java runtime"
