How do I manage and control mobile and desktop devices accessing G Suite?

I have around 20 chrome book sin G-suite that their MIC's are not working, only using headset mic it works. IS there a policy in G-Suite that disables or enables a user's mic/?

How Can I automatically approve my users if they are using mobile devices? thank you
