I had no idea Photoshop was able to make videos and use images to create them. Thank you for this easy-to-follow tutorial!!! I can't wait to create my own time lapse video.
Fantastic video, thanks! I shot my first time lapse the other night (with the full moon rising) after watching this video! I look forward to putting it all together as you taught. What export settings (size, resolution, etc) do I need to change to upload it to Instagram? Also, is there some stock music clips on Photoshop? I liked the music you used. Cheers!
Do you always shoot time-lapse in RAW? Seems like a lot of space taking up your computer (800 images)! Or do you off load these images to a different drive or convert to dng later?
Thanks for watching - I shoot everything in RAW and tend to keep them as RAW. I keep them on Network Attached Storage (Drobo to be specific) which is expandable. They are then backed up to the cloud just to be safe.
I have a D3300 Nikon, but my menu says "Shooting" not "Photo Shooting," and there is no Interval timer to choose. Do you know what is wrong? Thank you.
will this technique work for the D850? I have the 850 and am just sticking my big toe into wanting to do video, but have absolutely no idea of what I'm doing as far as any video footage recording or editing
It is important to know why things work, not just how. I want you to be able to apply your knowledge, not just repeat things. You can not master your craft that way.

Hey fellow Nikon shooter. Thanks for sharing the insight into Timelapses. Need some practice, going to give the D850 another go Monday.

Awesome Tutorial Joe!
Thank you!
How can I set the interval timer's shooting seconds in the Nikon P950? I'm stunned at how they don't have it (only minutes!!!??)
