Wow, the scale and efficiency of this operation are absolutely mind-blowing! From the powerful Krone BIG X 1180 to the 1,852 loads transported, this is modern farming at its best. Amazing teamwork and impressive results-Walker Brothers Ag and Stone Ridge Dairy truly set the bar high! 🚜🌽💪

Pretty impressive we started on labor day but moisture was running a little bit high gave it a week and we finished up on Wednesday but we only did 500 acres with 1 chopper the only thing I can say is I wouldn't want involved in covering that pile of silage way too many tires to handle but a great video anyway
@@JimBaltz i live in swat valley we have no need of irrigation for wheat crop starts from October to jun but nex 3 months for corn crop is very difficult to irrigate corn crop we cant rely on Raining

Wenn ich sehe wie grün und saftig der Mais dort geerntet wird. Hier in Deutschland ist er meist schon gelb und welk

When people comment about massive size farming maybe they should quit eating massive amounts of food on their plates.
😂
Would be amazing to do maize silage at the start of September. Luck to do it by the middle of October where we are North West, UK.
54,100 tons of silage. How many cows does it feed? And how many months will this amount last?
Last I heard they had 3,200 milk cows and the pile will last them a year.

A tire on the rim, with air in it, will hold a plastic tarp solid,. through a hurricane.

Any idea what the cost per ton of corn harvest it is?
Not really but here is an article about pricing corn silage that I found

Good video but is the math correct? Only 1836 acres?
Math is correct as they had close to 30 tons per acre which was awesome!

To be successful in farming now it must be treated like a business.

Why gen ai. You have original footage please use authentic voice too.
I can tell you never heard me speak 😂 I don't mind editing other people voices but hate editing my own voice hence why I use an AI generated voice.
