Thank you, I personally don't use afformations. I could add a few to my videos if people really want them, but I don't think I'd make a whole video of just that. Never say never though -- maybe I will later on! I just personally like saying affirmations and backing it up with a "because I am __fill in the blank__" and it's essentially the same thing.

Why should we not listen to affirmations or subliminal while driving or travelling or doing any machinery work?? Can someone pls explain
Those things require your complete attention. Subliminals are very powerful to the point where it can take focus away for some. It's better to be safe and not listen when doing things that need your full attention.

@@Be.the.change.111 it’s a lot for your brain to listen to a subliminal. It can make your brain really tired. You can listen to them for whatever you’re doing but it’s best if you don’t do it while you’re driving or operating heavy machinery.
Hi just letting you know i had a car accident just after listening a whole day of subliminals with 5 hours sleep the previous night. I believe if i had of had a rest from thd subliminals i would not of had the accident . I now dont have a car . I have to save til end of the year. Just be careful take plenty if breaks and dont drive or use machinary whilst listening to affirmations and subliminals . Knowing from experience . Im lucky i wasnt hurt .
