Strong people abandoned those toxic demons before they abandon you. We don't allow them to control us. It was really time wasted with a thing and not a person. We are the winner s because we come out of the shit much more confident of who we are and our values.
That’s exactly what my ex did ! She abandoned me when she saw me in severe medical crisis , leaving me all alone to deal with multiple medical appointments, travel out of state to see so called specialists and grieve the loss of a relationship while realizing I was with a wolf in sheep’s clothing !
Just wanted you to know On this day 5/11/21 when you posted this Video is the day I decided I had enough of my of being treated like crap by my now Ex Narc Girlfriend and told her I was done being her Do Boy. Told her she didn't want in her life just using me. 8.5 months No Contact Total Silence after 15 years of talking and seeing each other almost everyday. Gone like a puff of Bad Smoke. Future Fake has become a true statement for me. Its like you thought you knew someone. But you did not know them at all. Its like I never even mattered or ever existed. You really do a Great Job bring them to the table they are always so on point and actuate to who these people really are. That's Narcissist we Don't ever need in our Life's.
Like most people I have had experience with narcissists. I agree completely with this young lady. This reminds me of the movie sleeping with the enemy. I could never watch the movie all the way through. It was too painful for me. For those trying to figure things out, listen to this woman.

My narc ghosted on me when he learned that he couldn’t control me. Nasty guy with a bad temper and low self esteem. I was getting fed up with his pity ploys and attention whoring by threats of suicide. I told him his emotional blackmail would ultimately get him into the psyche ward.
I’m going through this at the moment with an aunt. She has recently moved closer to me. I suspect she will smear my name to my son and brother. I will have to get to them first. Difficult to not sound crazy explaining. Luckily she found a boyfriend quickly (she’s 69!) so occupied with him.
Hi An idea for a future video is one I recently heard from another NA RUclips channel. That is, ADD being the result of long term abuse by a narcissist. In his video, he failed to provide support from any clinical study to support his unprofessional claim. There are a few key points to why this topic is of concern to me. One, the narc described my unwillingness to react to her criticisms and rage, is due to me having ADD. Asking someone for their mailing address a second time instigated her unprofessional diagnosis. Two, stating such a claim opens the gaslighting floodgates for a narcissist. The narc was setting me up. Claiming I have ADD so that when she is in gaslighting mode, she can throw the ADD card at me, run with that notion, convince me of a flaw I must own up to, to fit her narrative, then appear as the mentally stable one between the two of us. I found the RUclips video misleading and out of context with protecting those who may be or are already NA targets. His video came out months after the narc discarded me. And may I also include, the narc also has a NA channel. 15k subs as of 2020. We connected then met. She is posing as an empathetic victim but in reality she is the female version of, Derrick Jaxn, another youtuber who was respected by millions of subs. I hope your channel will blossom and shed light on NA and how it affects our mind under an accurate medical scope. Edit: I commented at the channel connecting ADD with NA but it never became public. 🚩
That is an interesting form of gaslighting. I’m sure I could make a video about how narcissists gaslight us into believing things about ourselves that aren’t true (like having a mental illness we don’t have). Thanks for the suggestion!
The longterm abuse of their victims causes brain damage, but that can be reversed if they get free. The victim is under constant stress and pressure. A recent and dramatic example is Gabby Petito in the police cam video. It's obvious to someone who has been in a relationship with a narcopath that she was suffering symptoms of 'reactive abuse' which I think can look different depending upon the victim's personality. CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) feels like brain damage, it feels as if you're in a fog (to protect from more abuse because their whole reality is abuse) and can look like ADD/ ADHD, as well as bipolar disorder, and dissociative disorder (not multiple personality disorder).
