This is possibly the most underrated skit in all of SNL... Absolutely brilliant..
R S Oh my freakin god. Sure do miss the days of Maya and Amy. Just watched the most current episode of SNL- it sucked the big one except for a digital short featuring Keenan. I think the new cast tries so damn hard to be relevant or speak to what’s happening in the media at this very moment instead of working on characters and writing skits/ stories.

Totally agree - one of the best.
It’s honestly my favorite recurring SNL sketch ever.
This is easily one of the SNL Golden cast periods. The comedic talent and star power that came out of this era is unmatched.

While I agree with the sentiment, no it's not unmatched. Akroyd, Chase, Murray, Murphy etc. would beg to differ, then Meyers, Carvey, Spade, and Farley. All of those went on to do as much/ more than this cast. All great.
Chris rock, Chris Farley, David spade, Adam sandler might beg to differ.

Two minutes into the sketch I was already wondering how come they are not choking up for exessively chewing gum while talking, and then Maya choked

During almost all the skits, I think if I were an actor there I could refrain from breaking character, but man, I am impressed how Timberlake keeps it cool during their nonsense talk :D hilarious

That's how brilliant Maya and Amy are that for the first four minutes they could carry this sketch by themselves and it was so funny and the sketch just had to run for extra four mins because it was so good
When you can write a skit that has a great premise, but weak legs - but it doesn’t matter because the four actors you have in the scene are simply brilliant.

This might be my fave SNL sketch ever. You couldn't script what Amy and Maya do with these characters and then bringing male versions of them in....? Just priceless.
Absolutely hilarious, the nonstop banter and then the look on guy's faces. One of the best SNL skits ever.
My favorite part is when Amy cracks up at Maya saying “Five people? I’m in.”
They brought structured improv to an international audience and it's incredible how enduring the format is

i've watched a lot of snl, the bronx beat is for sure the most consistently funny sketch in the modern era, maybe ever.

This sketch is the result of a lot of fantastic qualities coming together, but for me the funniest bit by far is Justin's expressionless face while he chews gum as the hosts flirt with him.

Wow, this is a perfect sketch. Even the timing by the director on the reaction shots and holding on the reaction while the crew continued. That's some great comic timing by everyone.
Oh my god can't fucking breath! AHAHAHAHAAHAHAA. This is by far one of my favorite sketches. I just adore how Amy kinda loses it at the ''4 by 4'' thing :) This two have a great chemistry together.

I laugh each time I see these very underrated skits, these girls are wonderful and always make me laugh. I have wonderful Aunties that talk like this and it reminds me how much I love them! Miss the talent SNL had in the day.
