    I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you! I have my exam in two days and I’ve been going through a hell of a year, as most of have, but also severe crises with my children, so it has been almost impossible to study, plus I’m learning in a language that is not my native tongue so I’m freakin out but you have taught me sooo much and helped keep me moving forward despite everything! God bless you, wonderful beautiful lady inside and out!

    Hello Clara, I would like to double check with you, I think that if we are dealing with the points on the mother or son meridians then the points will be horary ones. Just wanted to check because you were saying that if we deal with lung deficiency and we take the Spleen meridian, which is the mother meridian for lungs, then the mother point there would be Spleen two, however you pointed out Spleen three which is the horary point for Spleen etc. PLease advise

    Thank you! There is a query: According to the theory that you've explained in this video, for excess dampness in the Urinary Bladder, we would need to clear GB41 and/or UB65. Is it correct? However, it appears that for excess heat in the Urinary Bladder, we would still have to clear GB41 and/or UB65 since something again is in excess. Is it right? Also, for Damp-Heat condition in Urinary Bladder, do we still need to clear GB41 and/or UB65? So, for any problem in one meridian, the treatment pattern remains same regarding the 5 Shu transporting points. Pls clarify.

    • @Acuproacademy
      @Acuproacademy  4 года назад +1

      Gavin Weber yes for any conditions in excess of an organ we would needle the same son points, but this is just using the 5 elements theory, you can add other points to support your diagnosis. For example in damp-heat you could add Sp 9 and Li 11 🙏

    Clara, love the video but could you clarify what you mean by 'clear the son'. I mean specifically do you leave the needles in, do you rotate and remove straight away or is there another method that you use to clear? Thank you. I like the way you teach this subject.

    • @Acuproacademy
      @Acuproacademy  3 года назад +1

      Sure, clearing the son point means stimulating it for a few minutes strongly and remove, tonifying the mother point means leaving it for at least 30 min without stimulation 🥰
