The number was in her bf phone she said the talked off the phone so it’s possible that she herself didn’t have the number
But the defendant said he was actually with her the first time they spoke which means the plaintiff had the defendants number on her phone. The plaintiff said she called the defendants phone so she definitely had the number. Most likely she was looking for him and called her number because she knew ha was there.

Plaintiff did not "purjor". She answered her bf phone & talked to the girl. She didn't say she wrote the number down or put it in her contacts. 😕 JM was wrong for dismissal. The defendant confessed/admitted "what I did was wrong" so plaintiff should have been compensated. 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

The "bias" wasn't "clear" to me. Judges don't usually ignore what they deem as disrespect nor perjurous (or perjurious) statements. That ends cases really quick.
