The defendant kicked her very own baby's father out to move the plaintiff in, then she kicked him out and started talking to her kids father again. If I'm in plaintif I wouldn't even want to come behind nobody else, much less someone's baby's father. Just a bunch of bad choices and decisions. Nonetheless the defendant had no right to do what she did with his belongings.

Please judge, be more specific on the time-frame of the residency. Long term is not enough precise. You have to indicate precisely the amount of time by days, weeks, months or years. Two or three days can be long term to my mind.
