  • The plaintiff worked with the defendant's wife, and she ran into the two of them at a Halloween party. The plaintiff claims as they were leaving, the defendant's wife started yelling at her, and the defendant cut her off. The defendant then allegedly punched out her windows, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff kicked in her own windows.

Second the plaintiff lied by saying she didn't know what the incident stemmed from (she and the defendant aka ex coworkers). JM would normally, rule against a litigant when caught in a lie.

Defedants story after the beginning makes no sense tho. Like how did the plaintiff kick out her own window to attack then the officer tells you to leave, but also let's the aggressor drive after you? Like that makes no sense. The officer would have the plaintiff detained. I'd belive that the plaintiff started it, but the defendant is definitely the one who got violent.
