    I honestly been trying to cook a nice moist brisket for sometime now this summer on my gas grill and it hasn’t been just right yet….its winter now up north and i came across this video and gave it a try. OMG I think imma just cook it in the oven all the time this brisket taste so good thank you for the video

    I have 4 pounds should I shorten the cook time in half?

      Just gauge it by color and crust building on outside. But generally it takes about the same time no matter how many pounds because you’re cooking it at such a low temp 🤘🏻❤️
